- 종유석의 해체와 침전되어 석순으로 다시 형성되는 과정을 순환으로 해석한다. 폐기물까지 도달하는 시간을 지연시키는 것이 바람직한 DFD라고 정의하였고, 일회성 사용으로 인해 많은 폐기가 이루어지는 플라스틱을 재료로 사용하여 DFD 파빌리온을 구현한다. 폐플라스틱의 순환과정인 ‘폐플라스틱(끝)-플레이크(해체)-폴리에스테르(새로운시작)’을 파빌리온에 담았다.
- We thought of stalactite’s deconstruction and stalagmite’s creation as circulation. We defined that the most desirable DFD is to delay the time things are wasted. For that reason, we chose plastic as a building material because a lot of disposal is made due to one-time use. Used plastic-Flake-Polyester, part of the plastic circulation process, is displayed in Plasticave.
