    누룩 파빌리온은 농업지대에서 생산된 밀을 이용해 제작을 하고 해체의 과정에서는 쌀을 이용합니다. 따라서 저희 파빌리온은 농촌 사회와 밀접한 관계를 맺으며 밀과 벼 이모작 사이클과 연동됩니다. 밀이 생산되는 6월 말에 파빌리온을 시공해 도심에 전시를 하고 쌀이 생산되는 10월에 파빌리온을 해체 및 분해해 전통주로 재탄생 시킵니다. 내부에 균사체가 퍼져 굽지 않아도 단단하게 굳어지는 누룩의 성질을 이용해 판 형태로 제작 후 목재결구를 이용해 시공을 했습니다.

    ‘Nu-ruk’ Pavilion is made using wheat produced in agricultural areas and rice is used in the process of dismantling. Therefore, our Pavilion is closely related to rural communities and is linked to the wheat and rice cycle. At the end of June, when wheat is produced, the pavilion is constructed and displayed in the city center, and in October, when rice is produced, the pavilion is dismantled and decomposed to be reborn as a traditional liquor. It was manufactured in the form of a plate using the property of ‘Nu-ruk’ that spreads inside and hardens even without baking, and then constructed using wood structure.
